The diplomatic part is based on the logic that the player who owns part of the income from your settlement is not interested in its robbery

Using rent makes it possible to passively receive resources as payment

To protect the recipient of the shares, the return of shares in favor of the owner is possible only if the treasury of this building falls below 30%

Attention: do not transfer shares to settlement addresses or buildings. Only transfer them to the personal wallets of new owners

The transfer to the governor is needed for management assistance or can act as a rent option

To permanently transfer a settlement to another player or to the one who offers the appointed price, the player can use Banner Market
