Region Activation

Players can activate any existing region in the world, provided that they have a sufficient number of expansion tokens, and next to this region there is another region with at least 20 settlements

The quality of the activated region will not change after the wipe. The player who activated the region will receive a reward in the form of a portion of the cost from each settlement installed in the region. The size of this reward depends on the quality of the region, and the higher the lower the quality of the region
